What is everyone's opinion on Kre-Alkalyn? is it legit or is it B.S.? It is supposed to be a 'buffered' creatine that will more readily be taken up by muscle tissue. Apparently, it will not degrade into creatinine before absorption and supposedly will not turn into creatinine after metabolism. 1 gram of this stuff is also said to be equivalent to 10 grams of creatine monohydrate.
I've been using it instead of regular creatine over the last month and have noticed an increase in strength. I've been cutting but my strength has increased a little. Is this the Kre-Alkalyn or is it my training paying off? Thoughts anyone?

Dumb question but how can they (supplement companies) get away with marketing this stuff? Just curious, what about regular Creatine Monohydrate? Should I even bother with it?

creatine monohydrate is great, it is actually probably the most proven supplement... and has numerous scientific journal articles to validate it's efficacy.
THEY can get away with it because no one regulates the supplement industry. You can literally say whatever you want about anything.
