Hey folks, a quick question. After my AM cardio what should I be eating? Right now I have a isolate shake (with water) immediately following cardio and about an hour or so later I eat my breakfast (oatmeal & egg whites). Is this okay for shredding?

Thanks again RUBICON19. That's good news. I was unsure if I was doing this right or not. I'm really working hard to shred the fat so I'm a little paranoid.

Just take it slow. Listen to your body and understand wht it needs. If its not broke, dont fix it, but if it is tweek it until its right!!! Everyone is slightly different.
