Are there any nutritionally good egg whites that can be purchased at the grocery store? (i.e.; egg beaters, etc.)

All teh egg white products are too expensive for me. I just stick with regular eggs and separate the yolks. It is just a few minutes of time to do but much better on the budget.

If you're concerned w/ time, do what I used to do. Get a small coverable tupperware dish and separate all your egg whites at night. Measure out how many oz you need and then just put them in the tupperware. In the morning you just open and pour in your pan! VOILA! Ready to go!
