on my higher carb days i usually get a tortilla wrap sandwich from a sandwich shop. is there a big difference between white and wheat wraps? it wheat as in everything else that much better than a white wrap?

Whole Wheat = More fiber: - Better for your health - Less digestible carbs - Lower G.I. which is linked with less fat storage! So it's not an enormous difference, but if you are 100% dedicated to achieve the best results, whole wheat is better! Mo

Depends. Is it WHOLE Wheat or Wheat? There's a difference. WHOLE wehat is MUCH better. If it's just 'wheat', it could be white flour that is bleached.

i am preaty sure it is just wheat. what about a tomato wrap, would that be better?

I think that Tomato wrap means tomato flavour (Or at least very few real tomatos... so maybe you'll find some (very few) more vitamins or anti-oxident... but in my mind if it's not Whole Wheat, it's not a great "bodybuilder" choice.
