Been real busy with work and haven't been able to post. Working 12 hour night shifts the last 3 weeks and finally it will be over Thurday night. Just want to post my updated diet and get some critiques.
Diet
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

12oz Chicken/1 Cup Brown Rice/1 Cup String Beans/1 TBSP Olive Oil/16oz Water or Crystal Lite

Nytro Pro 40/1 Scoop VP2/2 Rice Cakes

Notes:
1. Monday and Wednesday 10:30 pm meals are always red meat 10oz steak or 92% lean groundbeef. I train legs on Mondays and back on Wednesday and the red meat seems to help recover faster. My muscles are not so sore the next day.

I'm 5'9 at 230 with 10% bodyfat. Now that I'm in Korea a more stable environment I'm able to eat more solid food.
