For breakfast i usually have a bowl of oats with milk, fruit, and nuts or seeds. Sometimes i have a scoop of whey mixed in or i will have the whey in water about 20 mins before breakfast. Is there a better option of the two? Or is it cool to have that whey down my neck however i decide to do it in the morning?

Yeah i've been thinking about egg whites but wasn't too sure how some of you guys make your egg whites and oats for breakfast. Any chance of a couple of tips? I never used to be able to stomach eggs but now i eat protein pancakes so i'm getting used to them slowly.

You can actually beat the egg whites into the oatmeal after you have added water,add equal, then put it in the microwave to the desired texture. This is with the "cooks in one minute" type. I sometimes then sprinkle cinnamon on the top.
