Man guys....and Gals....I woke up at 6AM with my left calf locked up tight and hurting like the devil himself. I have been eating bananas. Wonder if I was doing calf raises in my sleep? Hummm....naw. What will help beside the bananas?

I get the same thing and my toes cramp up too,and I`m not even having sex!! ;D
That stuff,will wake you right up.

And that's from the life extension foundation. They also suggest T replacement to help stop cramps.

the best way to get rid of a cramp or charlie horse is to engage the oposite muscle that is cramped. example, if you get a cramp in your quads, flex your your hamstrings like you are doing a leg curl. it always helps if someone is around to apply resistance to the muscle while doing this. ;D
