I'm not a lot into supplements, taking only protein powder + creatine and Glutamine coming contest prep. but i would like to try one of those supplements this year, which one would you suggest between V12 and NO EXPLODE? Have you try both?

I've tried the NO Explode. It was pretty good for pre-w/o - good focus (mainly due to the caffeine) but the pumps were not as good. I've heard good things about V12 and Vault though I haven't tried them. I am presently using Xpand and I find it just as good. (and a whole lot cheaper)

No Explode makes you WIRED!!! A bit too much. I had a bad reaction to it. Almost like a diabetic comma. + couldnt sleep well. I have used the V 12. That stuff is good. It somehow pulls the water out of the skin and into the muscle. Leaving you harder, leaner and more vascular after your workouts. The only down fall was the timming of taking it. 1/2 before first meal and 1/2 hour before workout. Both on an empty stomach. I am programed to take my creatine sup's post workout with my shake.
