I just checked on what supplements i have left lying around and i found . . . .
500g creatine mono 700g cee 400g BCAA 77 liver tabs 80g glutamine and roughly 600g of whey/casein mix powder
I need to buy some more protein powder soon but will find a way of using up my leftovers sometime. The liver tabs i'll probably leave until i bulk again because they boost my appetite, and i think the mono will get used when the CEE melts my mouth and i need a break from it ;D
The CEE i take 3 days on 2 off and tonight i put 5g of glutamine into my water bottle when i went training. I suppose its just the BCAA i'm not sure what to do with.
So whats in your home and what do you plan on doing with it?

I have a bunch of random stuff lying around. I just gave my buddy all of my Cell Mass and No Explode. I just give most of it away. I am using nothing right now, except Animal Pack and Animal Cuts.

I'm not a lot into supps… i try to concentrate my bodybuilding investments on protein (food and powder) so if i buy something else… it's because i really want to try it at the moment.

Right now,I have some : Creatine Monohydrate Glutamin Lecithin Granules Psyllium Vit. C Ripped Fuel pills Whey Protein Brewers Yeast Powder
Need to re-up on a few things.
I try not to take too many things except what I feel is worthwhile,and I don`t buy every new hyped up product that comes out every month.
This is the most stuff I have taken in years.

I've got 4 pills of ZMA I'm trying to use up when I can remember it- down from last weeks count of 20 or so. Never got any benefit from it, so I stopped using it, and since they're four years old or so, I figure I'll just use them up and not expect to see anything (I know I won't). I've also got about 2000 pills of chromium picolinate I bought 9 years ago when I first started working out! Joe Weider scam, and peer pressure from friends on that one!!

I have probably 3 shoe boxs of stuff stashed away and part of my counter full of stuff i take either regualrly or now and then.
Right now i'm pretty much only doing mutli's, Vitamin C and Grapeseed extract. I took some creatine the other day and bloated up too much probably from too much salt in my diet.
Going to get back on my protein shakes again and start getting my weight back down, got fat over winter but bulked up on muscle too just need to really lean things out here I cn feel the extra pounds and see it in my GUT. Ughhhhhh!

I have a whole bottle of Lipo-6.....got it as a gift. Im not a big supplement user except whey powder..

Right now I have partially used 5lb container of Ultimate Nutrition Vanilla Whey. First of all, the crap doesn't mix well and also gives me major stomach. My fault though, it was on sale for $29 (Canadian). I'll stick with my Cytosport Whey.

I think all people really need is :
