Anyone have a good article on postworkout nutrition? PWO shakes. Something describing the use of Dextrose/ Malto's + Whey. I need something to send to a client.

Thanks Mo..........I knew for a fact that we have discussed PW nutririon many times here,but couldn`t find anything.
I used the "search" function, next time,I`ll just search through the threads.
