Im going to have to change my morning diet around a little and need to know what to do.
At current, i am eating porridge oats (with protein powder) for breakfast and at between 10 & 11 i am having a tuna roll at work.
But about 30 mins or so after eating that, i am getting stomach pains, and without going into too much detail, feel like i should be making a trip to the bathroom, lol.
Im not sure if its the tuna or what but its happened about 3 times in the past week so its becoming a bit of an unwanted habit.
Any tips?

A white roll, like a bun. Language barrier is up again, lol.
I think today ill skip the mid-morning meal and just have something at lunchtime to see if this helps at all.

It's pretty hard to determine what can be the problem, but if it's always the same with the tuna meal, you could substitute it by a lot of things with approximatively the same proteins-carbs ratio! So dont endure this… if it continues, we'll help you to find an alternative if you want! Because i dont think it's a "number of meals" problem...

No i dont think it is the amount of food i eat either. Its just im at work when have it at 10-10:30am so there is not really a whole lot else to choose from. Maybe my stomach doesnt like a mid-morning meal.... or my stomach is bored and wants us to leave work right away, lol.

I'd say its the roll along with the tuna. The roll being the culprit. Just eat the tuna.

Agree, and if you need carbs with it, just eat whole wheat cereal… or whole wheat bread slice…
If tuna is the problem, drink a protein shake, eat chiken sandwich, almonds or a low fat cheese...

Should i try Tuna on a sandwich instead of a roll to see if that works before changing my diet? Gotta be honest i never even thought of switching to it in sandwich form, woops, lol.
