ive heard of some people throwing in an extra 50 carbs in there last meal 1 or two days a week. Would that work or should i stick to keeping all my carbs in the morning?

You talking about a last minute carb up, or dieting up to the contest, or just for recreational "dieting" for the beach? If it's the latter, doesn't really matter in my eye. If it's the former, I'd say it's a good idea every now and then, but don't do it too often as you'll probably overshoot your calorie intake on somedays, or possibly want more of where those calories came from (say a piece of cake for instane). 50g isn't much to do damage if you do it every so often. So I think no matter what your doing, go ahead and have your extra 50g and monitor your progress to see how it affects you. Obviously, if you aren't liking the results, then you will have to re-evaluate the plan of attack.

Personally,I would add 15 grams or so of carbs, to 3 of the early meals, just to be safe. I have eaten carbs at night before, and figured it was OK since my daily carb total was still pretty low,but at this point during a contest prep,I wouldn`t eat them late in the day if I were you, just to play it safe.
