I just got promoted to a delivery agent (driver), so I'm not sure how it will be in the future. In the past, I was able to eat 5200+ calories/daily, and still maintain below 8% bodyfat. Come March, or April, when the sales of ice cream took off tremendously, I was able to eat the same amount of food and go from the 8% mark, down to 6% and sometimes lower if I really amped my routine in the weight room. But just the added volume I was putting up in stores, I was able to cut-up without trouble. There have been days where I ate 3 deli roasted chickens throughout the day. Not to mention the 18 strips from KFC, the cottage cheese at night before bed, or the cans of tuna with slices of cheese in between work and working out. Hopefully it won't be too bad as a driver, but I do know I'll have to do cardio coming this summer, since the last month or two I've been horrible on my diet (carbs stick to my waist instantly....). Now thats my kind of diet YB.... Shhhhhhh. Dont tell the natives how much easier it is to get lean..
