Whenever I eat a meal that is just protein and greens (broc., GB, even cauli.) I get super bloated. If I add greens to a meal with protein & carbs it's not bad.
What causes this? Anyone have any idea?

Joe, I was getting bloated HORRIBLY after my protein shakes and Tim recommended papaya enzymes. They are tablets you chew and you can buy them anywhere. I now SWEAR by them and I carry them with me. You can take up to 9 a day and they taste good. I always take one-two everyday before my protein shakes and my broccoli/cauliflower.

Thanks Kari. I'm currently trying them. Picked them up this weekend and they taste great!!!
