My pwo shake has Vit. C and E in it. I do take additional C and E before I go to bed.

The only vitamin I repeat after workout is B complex. Other than what is in my shakes.

Max, I take 1 gram of vitamin C 3-5 times per day all year long. I take 1 gram of C pre workout and 1 gram post workout. Post workout I add 400 IU of vitamin E. Another way to go is to get a good anti oxidant co*ktail to add post workout.

When you lift hard you create a free radical bust in your system. It would be wise to have blood levels of antioxidants raised to quench them as they are created. I take multi antioxidants about 1.5-2 hours before my workouts to time it right.
