So whats the deal with these Branch chain aminos?

I love how I get massive pumps on them but DANG there giving me some serious air in my lower intestines LOL First I started with 4 caps 1 hour before workouts then dropped it to 3 cap but 4 work alot better enormous pumps better then L-Argenine

I also take 20 g protein shake with them but I dont get any gas build up from there isolate powder so it must be the aminos.


These are from NOW

L-Leucine (free form) 1,6 g

L-Isoleucine 800mg

L-Valine 800mg

in Gell caps and stearic acid is another ingredient.

I take the powder made by Optimum. Never had any real problems with it, in regards to gas or bloating. Maybe a bit of a "greased tract" but that's only when I was taking 4-5 servings a day.
In my opinion, I think that's the best supplement out there aside from protein powder. My body responds to BCAA's really well. I notice a marked improvement in strength, stamina and recovery.
I'll generally take a teaspoon prior to a nap, then again when I wake up before training. Then right before bed. To me, I can't get enough BCAA"s, but it is a lesson in self-torture trying to drink that stuff. Not really mixable, but I don't care. The stuff is so good for me, I'd drink a ton of it if needed.

I can't think of a reason why simple BCAAs would cause those effects. It is possible that its simply the packaging. I would recommend going with a powder, and if you are looking for a BCAA/Glut blend that doesn't have the horrible flavor, I highly recommend Scivation Xtend in watermelon flavor.

Yeah i've used the powder and its HORRID thats why I bought the capsules instead this time.

I think my bodys adjusted now hardly get any gas build up at all, maybe just learning to release it before it gets built up #secretsmiley8co#
