Ok folks need some help here. Wifey made this for dinner today and i dont know what totals to give it. It had zuchinni. onions and garlic cooked in 1.5tsp virgin olive oil. I dont know if you want to call it fried or sauted but she put it in a pan and cooked it on the stove. I ate about a cup to a cup and a half of it. I'm thinking it is basically nothing for tatols but maybe a small fat total. What do you all think i should tally it at for carb and fat?

I would not worry about it at all. Sounds very healthy. Veggies and good fats. Your body needs that.

I would not worry about it at all. Sounds very healthy. Veggies and good fats. Your body needs that. I totally agree with Rubicon19 on this, it is a very healthy "Mediteranian" meal. Here in Spain we eat a lot of dishes like this, and I personally will throw in two eggs to my portion so as to get some protein out of the meal, but that's just me, lol, Vin.
