what kind of fish is good pre contest?

I would assume Fish is a really good type of protein to have pre contest. For it is easier for digestion..and is a much cleaner source compared to beef.

Just wondering..what kind of fish you guys eat?
Cause there are so many kinds ..and people say WHITE fish...
