do you guys worry about keeping your fat calories a MINIMUM of 20% of your overall calorie intake?
I always don't take fat into account cause it is never EXACT especially through the trace fats from beef and chicken.

Fat is the one Macro that I don't even bother to count at all, nor worry about. I think that anyone following a SERIOUS bodybuilding diet keeps their fat count low enough without even trying. To be honest with you (and I'll probably get some flack for this, LOL), I PERSONALLY believe that fat doesn't make you fat, but rather carbs are what make you fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vin.

Vin. #aiagree4zo# I'll add in, however, that if your active daily (where I burn 5-6k daily to maintain weight) you won't have to worry about how much you eat. But if you sit around as a couch potato and the gym is your ONLY form of activity, then your going to have problems down the road.
