got a question.
Fats are digested slow so what if befor bed you had a protein shake with natty PB? Wouldnt that be benifical? What i mean is wouldnt it cause the body to slowly digest the protein with the natty pb thus feeding the muscles all night.

I do a pro shake in the middle of the night. A blend of whey, egg white and micellar casin + 1 tblspn natty PB

I did because I needed to get in 8 meals per day. I cut them out the last week.

do you literally get up every night just to have a protein shake and some peanut butter?
Like do you set your alarm clock up...or do you do it only if you are awake to go to bathroom or something?
