hey hey!
wow, it's been sooo long! honestly the reasoning for not being here is I have been so busy with school! and life... but I have still stayed focus on bodybuilding.
so ya, tis the season to be bulking!
my stats are 235 LBS (over 12% bf, but not FAT...i'd guess maybe 14% at the most) im 6'4" with a ecto/meso physique (20/80 is my guess)
currently my diet isn't strict...meaning my foods vary. I do however eat ever 2-4 waking hours.
my foods consist of oats rice whey cottage cheese (low fat) low carb wraps/ high fiber tuna chicken deli meats the occasional burger spinach green beans/asparagus
here is the thing, I started this two weeks ago...with the increased carbs my pumps were freaky! but it's like I have reached a threshold and no matter how many carbs I take in I look flat! so im thinking im retaining some water cause I feel really soft and flat.
so I am low carbing it today, maybe tommorow to to re program my system.
any diet regimen reccommended? for my bodytype that is?
thanks guys!

I was just thinking maybe your body is now carb saturated and you don't need as much as you did before? Personally I would cut out the deli meats and add in more of the chicken and fish and maybe the odd steak..also do you eat sweet potato? That is a good option for filling you up.

ya I think switching up the carbs sources will help cause honestly like 85% of my starchy carbs come from oatmeal!
the rest is rice and trace amounts from others....
but ya...good call

Might want to try high carb days-low carb days. Switching it up can trick the body into trying to find homeostasis, and break that plateau.

Yeah,I find high carbs all the time softens me out so the cycling sounds like a good bet for you. How many grams a day are you eating at the mo?

high days are carbs with pretty much ever meal (oats, rice...2 servings)
cycling works well

definitely get rid of the deli meat. Stay clean with your meats especially. Processed meat is very BAD. Unless you're in dire need of protein stick with fresh/lean cuts of chicken, beef, & fish as well as eggs and egg whites. Also, try to find the RIGHT amount of carbs. If you get too many you WILL get bloated and appear flat when in reality you will be getting FAT. Try going low carb for a few days and when you go low carb, increase your intake of EFA's and increase your intake of sodium. This should help with your pums.

Agree with Kyle, you should start by knowing how many carbs (g) you are eating and after that, depending of the amount, adjusting the daily intake (maybe we could help you)! But with your ecto-meso body type i dont think you can easily eat too much if you only eat CLEAN foods in your diet (which you seem to do in general by what you wrote)
Good luck with you bulking… do the basics: Eat a lot and push very hard in the gym!
