Okay, I want to open this up for people's homemade recipe, as well as any store bought dressings you guys are aware of that are low fat and low sugar (sugar free).
I'm a fan of balsamic vinegarette's that are fat free and low in sugar. I have my own recipe that's actually quite good. You'll have to play with the ingredients cuz I make it to suit my tastes.
Red Wine Vinegar (or similar type) Splenda Lemon Juice Dash salt Pepper to taste
Mix and drizzle over salad.

Fresh squeezed lemons is the only thing I put on salads. That's how strict I am.................. OK well I just don't like other stuff but I like to think it's a good thing.

hahaha - my Grandmoms makes an oriental cabbage salad and it's awesome. She throws in Ramen noodles (I think uncooked) and almonds, but you could just use the dressing she uses or make the salad and use Fiber One cereal and almonds instead of fiber one. I'll have to get it. She uses sugar, but hell, a little splenda instead and if I'm remembering it'd be healthy. Gotta find it.

My wife made this for methe other night for my salad. It has zero carbs and good fats in it. Here it is:
Salad Dressing Ingrediants: 1 cup olive oil 1 cup splenda 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
0 protein/ 0 carbs/ 5.6g fat per tbsp 0/0/1.86g fat per teaspoon
The fats in it are good fats from olive oil. It doest take a lot on a salad either to give it a great taste...

Here in Spain the ONLY thing people use is good old vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. It's healthy, very simple, and low in fat. Vin.
