Carbign up w/ Waxy Maize Starch

Hey, I'm starting my carb up w/ Waxy Maize Starch today. Eric really flattenedme out the last 2 days - purpolsely - and we are using WMS to carb up today. About 20 grams w/ each meal. I'll keep ya posted on how it's working.

Here is a quick synopsis.

I used 20 grams of waxy maize w/ 5 oz of chicken all day Thursday. I felt I looked extremely good on Wed when the pics were taken. Thursday however I was FLAT. Very dry, but very flat. About an hour or 2 after meal 3, I started to really fill out. I mean big time. An hour after my 4th meal I noticed another difference and about 2 hours after meal 6 I went to visit my Grandma in the rehab center and did a posedown for her and my mom said my legs were striated, looked bigger and I had even more detail in the intercostals than ever. Plus I was more vascular then ever.

Thursday night I was so excited. Friday morning I woke up, a bit flat, but so vascular and DRY. I think it is the BEST I've ever looked, ever. I continued to get more full as Friday went on. About an hour after meal 3 on Friday I think I proceeded that BEST ever look. I was excited!

On Saturday, I felt a bit flat again and wasn't nearly as dry as I thought I was on Friday afternoon. not as vascular either. However, the pump room had no mirrors and our hotel only had a mirror to see from the belly button up, w/ the worst lighting ever. I didn't get any good pictures from teh show Saturday so I don't have a good gauge of how I looked.

I'm going to talk to Eric, but I think my best bet would be a WMS Carb up on Friday and Sweet Potatos on Sat. I also think I need to keep my water slightly higher as I think cutting it too drastically flattens me out. But I could be wrong because I did have my best placing in a very tough show!
