I understand weight loss is calories vs. calories out.
I was wonderin what would happen...
if you were eating a diet of about 3000calories..and the person is gaining weight on it. However..this diet is abundant in carbohydrates . Then he switched into a diet where he is eating the same amount of calories but the carb calories are lessened..and replaced by protein calories.
How would this affect the body?

Always eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
Less carbs would mean less water retention and less insulin spiking, and possibly less fat storage,as well........I think!! ;D
