Seems like Bodybuilders prefer Cottage Cheese over Milk??
Is there a reason?
I remember Hoss saying something about Estrogen being in milk...but it should only be worrying when you drink ALOT.
O..and where can you guys find Chocolate Milk... the only Chocolate milk we have here in Vegas are ones with added sugar.

You could just make your own chocolate milk with regular milk and cocoa and add in some equal/sweetener.... Cottage cheese is higher in protein than milk and has virtually no lactose in it.

Much more carbs in milk, and cottage cheese tends to have more glutamine as well. More protein in cottage cheese. You have 8oz of milk, you get around 14g protein, with like 26g of carbs....depending on the milk (1% or whole etc...). The equal amount of cottage cheese you will get like 34g or protein and like 8g of carbs. Maybe not exact amounts I have listed, it's off the top of my head, but certainly a better ratio for most people to ingest cottage cheese than milk. But I love both!
