That all depends on what type of meat. Is it 93/7 90/10 80/20 or 70/30. Is it ground round, sirloin, chuck.. Need more info to answer

The 93/7 burger has 23g of protein per 4 oz and 9g fat..this is the leanest that i know of and is what i only eat.
