One medium sized egg contains approximately 75 calories, 6.25 grams of protein, and 220 milligrams of cholesterol. It also contains large amount of vitamins, minerals, macro and micronutrients (including: carotenoids, choline, betaine, and many others). I got that info from: www.deviledeggs.com/egg_information.html

I count 5g of protein for a large egg (white only) and 4g for a medium.
What's important is to keep the same value from time to time... this way, even if you adjust your diet, you'll keep comparing the same macros for the same items.
