I've heard of guys trying it and it does involve alot of time eating. when I tried bulking about 7-8 years ago I went from 2-3000 calories and found myself bloated from trying to eat all that food...so for me its not a good idea,I much prefer just adding in calories slowly so I can monitor whats happening. what macro would you be lacking in that combo from the article? I tend to overdo the carbs and underdo the protein.

I don't if overall I would be lacking, but at each meal I would feel like I would need to compensate for what is missing. For example at the Protein and Carb meal I would have to eat extra carbs and or protein compensate for the lack of fat and the same with the protein fat meal. More fat to make up the difference.
