I haven't heard about Don Lemmon, but I have read quite a bit about the food separation theory. I think that while the theory about different foods are broken down in different ways is true, I think that the avantages that it can give you is not that great. I would aslo point out that most people don't have time to eat 16 meals like you do, so it probably isn't valid for most of us. Bodybuilders have also been combining carbs and protein for years, and it seems to work for most of them. HOWEVER, all that being said, I do feel that if it works for you, and you have a ton of energy eating like this, then go ahead and do it. Bodybuilding is VERY individualistic, and what works for one doesn't work for another, so if you feel that you can progress on this plan, go ahead and give it a try, Vin.
