You've all seen it.
And after i saw Jay Cutler at Mr. o 2006 ...i was amazed at how unpleasing his midsection looks. I have nothing against Jay and he is Mr. O afterall...but looking at his waist when he is suppose to be in "condition" all i can say is deformed. However I know Jay is starting to take a stand to improve his midsection for contest by switching to more cleaner organic foods..and things less hard on the stomach to digest.
Just wondering what foods might be on YOUR list?
i would eat 1. fish 2. chicken 3. eggwhites

some bodybuilders seem to take their offseason to extremes so for me I find regulating the carbs the most important factor in not blowing out. Now I eat very little bread, and stick to mainly rice, sweet potato and oats with the odd regular potato for starch. Cutting out bread has made a HUGE difference! WAY less processed

Beckie, How do you do it girl? I'm not a BIG bread lover, bit I have an addiction to whole wheat bread, natural peanut butter, and honey! mmmmmmmmm How can I kick the bread habit? Substituting rice cakes don't work!
