Hello Everyone,
Has anyone ever used Lana's Egg Whites or Egg Whites International? Its a bit tedious to crack open eggs every single morning to separate the egg whites....and i'm not a fan of egg beaters....any thoughts?

I used Egg Whites International. They were fine, but nothing beats the price of plain old eggs. I know cracking them is a hassle, but sometimes ya gotts cut costs some place!
I go to Sam's CLub (food wharehouse), and by my eggs by the cases.

I do like beefy and go the wholesale club. I was getting 7-9 dozen a week but I may have to move over to GFS and get the 15 dozen case - I'm out again and it really is a pain to run out of eggs at 9:00 at night! The wife is just going to have to get rid of some of the other things in the fridge that I don't need>>>or get another fridge for the basement. We already have a second freezer.

At times,I literally have a wall of eggs in my fridge.
My wife gets them by the case at 69 cents per dozen.....not always quite that cheap, but usually.
Last winter I had 30 dozen and put some in an old fridge in the barn and they froze........I was slightly pissed to say the least.

Instead of cracking the eggs, lately I've been boiling them and giving the yolk to my dogs.

Simply Whites from Pinetti Farms (sp?). I eat them daily (usually twice) and don't have time to crack whole eggs.

Lana happens to be a good friend of mine. Her eggwhites as I know are really one of the best in the market. The downfall for most people is the shipping which can increase the expense quite a bit.

I get mine for 79-99 cents per dozen.. ;D Me and Terry go through alot of eggs/egg whites. We pay aound 99-1.10 a dozen and crack them ourselves. It all comes down to personal preference. ;D

I still think the entire egg is better than just the whites....
