Hey guys, lets hear it. What do you ideally take in preworkout for your meal. I personally prefer :
Chicken Breasts, baked potatoes and salad about an hour and half before the workout.. Take 5gms of BCAA right before the workout.
Time to chime in folks.......

I have toyed with all sorts of things. Shakes with carbs. Shakes with peanut butter. Whole meals of every kind. I think I do best just eating my whole meal 2 hours before training and thats it.

It changes depending of the time of the year! But usually, it's chicken and rice 45 mins before the workout!

Can of tuna, and a fat source (bacon, maybe a hotlink, or something similar) with some crystal light an hour ahead of the workout and I'm good to go.
