All looks good...I may add a pinch more rice or potatoes if your trying to gain. Otherwise, not too shabby!

Rocky Road CytoGainer mixed in an ice cold glass of milk should be considered a cheat meal because it tastes so DAMN good!!!

Steve, it looks good to me, but if you are trying to had some mass, maybe you should add protein to your 10h30AM meal. I also believe that the 10h00PM meal shouldnt be optionnal and that since the food quality is not bad, you should gradually increase the quantity in some meals. For exemple, 20% more cottage or 1oz more meat, etc!

I thought the 10pm meal should be optional because if u look at the timing, from 7-10 ill be ingesting well over 800 calories easily. i dont want to get sloppy with my gains, i want them gradually.
but the rest seems spot on , with what you said. maybe ill throw in some pepperoni sticks with my 10:30 meal or some string cheese!

Steve, i believe in eating 1 hour after the post workout meal… and eating every 2-3 hours… so i dont see any problem for you to eat at 7h15, 8h15 and 10h15… just make sure you eat high protein, low carb and low fat food (I'm not sure about pepperoni stick?? ) food… something like 30g of protein for every of your 8h15 and 10h15 meals. (And something like 50g of protein in your post workout meal)

the 2 scoops of cytogainer mixed with milk comes out to roughly 4g fat, 35g protein, 40g carbs.
i figure the pepperoni sticks would be good cause itll be low carb and high protein.

I know nobody react the same way… and even if i would suggest TRYING the strategy of cutting fat AND carbs at night (I'm not a fan of one or another at night) I know adding lean mass is possible with another strategies… in fact Randy, you are the living proof that it's possible to be massive and shredded while eating fat at night! So let's experiment and learn from it

Haha wow, your BULKING diet looks like my CUTTING diet. I might trying something similar to that diet though. I gotta get more strict on stuff. My training is going well, but my diet could always use some cleaning up, I love carbs.
