yes,i try to jump around and visit with everyone.Tim did you see my question on cardio? what i was wondering was i go for a 30 min run 4-5 days aweek.what i have been doing is trying to stay within the middle of my target heart rate.am i going about this right? i know alot say to use stairmaster and things like that but i have no access to that.whats your opinion?thanks bro,..

Rich, I personally don`t advocate running for cardio as I feel it results in too much muscle loss and is hard on the joints as it`s high impact.
If I had no choice in the matter I would adapt a HIIT approach to it and run all out for a minute followed by a brisk walk until my breathing returned to ALMOST normal then I would simply repeat for the duration of time....usually 20-30 minutes.
Also taking a walk of about 2 miles sometime later in the day spaced away from your normal routine would help in fat loss also.
Another option is wind sprints!
Just my two cents on it.
