Grilled Pork:
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 4-ounce pork tenderloin chops 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2/3 cup orange marmalade 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped 1/4 cup lite soy sauce 4 garlic cloves, minced Directions:
Flatten tenderloins with a mallet and sprinkle with pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Coat tenderloins with mixture. Set aside remaining mixture. Grill tenderloins about 8-10 minutes per side, coating frequently with mixture.
