Ingredients: 3/4 cup cooked brown rice 10 eggwhites 2oz of chopped Shiitake Mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped scallions. Mccormick Curry Powder Directions: 1. Scramble Eggs in a non stick skillet. Remove on another plate 2. add chopped scallions 3. add as much curry powder as you feel. 4. add mushrooms in. 5. pour a bit of water into pan for the mushrooms to cook. 7. Stir with spatula to keep from sticking. allow the steam and water to dissappear 8. add in cooked rice and Scrambled Eggs. 9. Keep Stiring....and serve with some more curry powder on top ;D Nutrition: 353cals 2g fat 40g carb 40g protein

what's the difference between shiitake mushrooms and plain old grocery store mushrooms (I don't think I'll find shiitake mushrooms where i live)?

Overall health. Its an asian type mushroom aka..Chinese Mushroom. It is alot better then most other varieties of mushrooms such as oyster or buttons.
Shiitake is the most common of the GOOD Variety mushroom.
