The Sause: Basically all natural peanut butter. To make you can have 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Stir in HOT water until desired consistancy. Usually 1/4 cup of hot water for 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Let cool in room temperature. Chunky Peanut butter can be used...but i haven't tried. Almond Butter can be used also ...but peanut butter is cheaper and more original. Recipe- 3.5oz Large Shrimps (about 14shrimps/ 100g of shrimp) 2TBSP Smuckers' no salt creamy natural peanut butter 2oz Shiitake mushrooms (halfed) 2oz Bell pepper (any color, cut into skewer pieces) 2oz Red Onion (Chiped) Wet Skewers in water. Put shrimps and vegetables into skewers. Grill until cooked. Dip into peanut sause. ;D Nutrition: 374cal 18g fat 25g carb 29g protein Enjoy!!
