Ingredients: 1 cup oatmeal 1 large banana 2-4 strawberries sugar free chocolate syrup or sause sugar free caramel syrup or sause 1 cherry Marshmallow dip Cinnamon (optional) Cook oatmeal and let cool. Put in refrigerator and leave in there over night. Using a Ice Cream Scooper ...scoop out the cooled oatmeal into a ice cream ball shape. Trust me...the oatmeal will not fall apart. Split a banana in half. Cut strawberries. Scoop out 3 or so scoops of oatmeal....and place bananas and strawberries where desired. Top the oatmeal with the marshamallow dip..and a cherry on top of that. Last...drizzle the syrup on top..hmmmmm good ;D I never tried putting the oatmeal in freezer..but putting it in the refrigerator works. If you want to have a banana split with the WAFERS...i guess you can use whole wheat toast...But i prefer using premade Troyster Pancakes that i freezed up in the freezer that are cut in to wedges...hehe..you won't believe how tasty and beatiful this desert looks. www.waldenfarms.com/images/nutrition/chocpancakesyrup.jpgwww.torani.com/create/fpmocha.shtmlwww.torani.com/create/fpsugarfree.shtmlwww.davincigourmet.com/page.php?page=747&s=0&&category=5www.davincigourmet.com/page.php?page=742&s=0&&category=2
