Just something i saw and had while i was at the Japanese Seafood buffet. 5-10 small button mushrooms 5-10 strips of bell pepper of all colors 1/4 of a red onion cut in to Kabob like chips. Romaine leaf about 6. Optional: Wasabi on Romaine leaf ..hehe Sushi Nori Seaweed Crushed and sprinkled on top Top it off with about all kinds of seafood you like. I personally toped it off with everything while i was at the buffet. Shrimps, Crabmeat, Clams, Raw Tuna/salmon, Squid, Octopus, Red Snapper....it looked really colorful and pretty. This is trully a Seafood Salad!
