I borrowed this recipe from GymRat so give him the thanks...just thought I would share it with you guys
Bowl O Muscle 1/2 Cup Oats 1/2 Cup Total Protein Cereal 1tbsp PB 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey 1 Bananna on the side 1 glass of Milk
Make the oats thin...then stir in the Whey, PB & Total Protein...eat & enjoy!
Approx: 710 Cals, 15g Fat, 84g Carbs, 59g Pro

Wow...i might try that..but i think i'm going to lower the fat content on that ..since i'm likely to have the bowl-o-muscle for breakfast...i want it to be faster digesting....
