Tim, is there any particular flavor of protein powder that's best for these? I'd like to make them!

well, if i had one piece of advice to give you, it'd be this: stick to tim's recipe...
like i said, i used baking cocoa and splenda to replace the swiss miss (because i didn't have any), and they aren't so good...i mean, they aren't BAD, but they are really dry, and just sort of taste like natural peanut butter, lol
if i ever get around to using the proper recipe, i'll REreview these

I have found with my baking experiences that you can add dry curd cottage cheese to almost any recipe as it will pick up whatever flavour you have added with it, whether sweet or salty. Just be sure to put it all in a blender so it grinds up smooth. 1/2 cup runs you at about 24 grams of protein with about 0.5 grams of fat and little to no carbs (couldn't remember off the top of my head). Just a great way to add extra protein... of course this would not be applicable if you are preparing for a comp and not allowed the dairy.
