thinking about leftovers already?? i havent even had my Turkey/stuffing sandwich with cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving yet. ;D

Here's my favorite. Nothing fancy, just quick and easy. I'll give you the "saint" verison and the "sin" version.
Saint:
Take two slices of whole wheat bread and put on a good amount of bbq sauce. Put down your turkey slices. Top with low fat or non fat cheese and place under your broiler for a minute or until the cheese melts.
Sin:
Take two slices of rustic or white bread and slather them with gobbs of mayo. Throw down the turkey slices and cover with handfuls of shredded cheese. Place under the broiler until ooey gooey.

Last year i bet i made at least 5 turkeys, i'm all turkey'd out for awhile, but i still have one frozen that needs tending too
