I'm not an expert… in fact, i could even say that i'm maybe worst than the average people at cooking ;D but i dont care, i give you my high protein muffin receipt (At your risk ;D )
1 cup - 100% wheat flour 3/4 cup - skim milk 2 scoops - Whey protein powder (approx 20g of protein per scoop) 5 - white eggs Splenda (a lot ;D ) (Optionnal) - 2 spoons of peanut buter
Gives 9 muffins at 8g of protein and 10g of complex carbs each! (If it's cook with PAM)
They could be better with chocolate chips, sugar or butter… but hey, we are on a bodybuilding board so taste is not our priority ;D protein-carbs ratio is...
