Mark Dugdale won overall and Will Harris was overall runnerup so they both receive pro status.
Again Chris Cook did not seem hard enough, although he has super size and shape. Rusty Jeffers was in the shape of his life. Think he is old enough for Masters. If he goes for it, it would make for a more interesting show.
Likewise, congrats to all the competitors.

Good for Mark Dugdale. Saw his webpage and actually lists his church.
Seems to be a fine family man.

They are a wonderful family. Mark and his wife Christina are what every couple should be. Their mutual love and support is just wonderful. Christina is a nationally qualified figure competitor, and Mark said he would help her turn pro just as she helped him.
And their three daughters are wonderful and adorable children. Am in awe of Christina for having three kids and looking so great.
They are truly blessed and it's super to see someone as nice as Mark get his just reward.

I saw those photo's Chris Cook almost looks to big IMO, conditioning will be key it seems for the next couple years with the way the contests are going as of late.

True. If Chris were about 10 lb lighter, tight and ripped he would be virtually unstoppable.
Heard he may do Nationals, but he will have to nail his conditioning to get by guys like Al Fortney and Bill Wilmore.
