I have not made these yet, but they look YUMMY!!!!
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/8 tsp salt 1 can (14oz) FAT-FREE sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
In a bowl, toss together the coconut, flour and salt. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and almond extract (mixture will be THICK & STICKY). Drop by rounded tsp fulls 3 in. apart on baking sheets lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 300 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before moving to wire racks to cool. Should make 32 cookies.
