This is a recipe my aunt and I took from Bob's Red Mill and fixed a bit to make it more healthy. They're really good, and never last more than a day in my house! 1 1/2 cups Flour (we use whole wheat, bran or oat) 3/4 cup Flaxseed Meal 3/4 cup Oat Bran Cereal (any bran cereal works) 1 cup Splenda (optional) 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Carrots 2 peeled and shredded Apples 1/2 cup Raisins (optional) 1 cup chopped Nuts 3/4 cup Skim Milk 4 egg whites 1 tsp Vanilla (optional) 350 for 15 minutes.
