I think it was me that posted that horrifying pic of Betty doing a most muscular shot! I wrote to her about doing her contest that she runs annually but I decided to hit another one instead.she seemed very nice. I may fly down to Texas before too long to hit the "Old Man" category in her show .  |

That`s the pic I posted on IA.
Her conditioning is insane but just a tad too much for me as far as women`s bb goes.
Oh well,ya` gotta` go with what the judges want,if they ever do decide what they want.

That insane most muscular shot was part of a guest pose routine Betty had done which was a parody of men's routines. The tongue bit was a takeoff on Mike Matarazzo, and I think she got more shredded than usual for the effect.
She has a great sense of humor. Only met her and her husband Ed once briefly at a show and could tell right away they were terrific people.
Betty is competing in NOC, so I'm looking forward to seeing her again and hope she does well.

Betty was the hit of NOC! Great condition, was 2nd in heavyweights, and a creative and fun routine. Wish I had pics!!
She was introduced Betty Pariso and escort, and she wheels out a lifesize cardboard cutout of DiMilia! LOL. Very gutsy lady!
After a few poses, she hits the back of the cutout and the pants fall down, showing "DiMilia" in red boxers.
Then she parodies Lee priest by doing his victory pose on her knees. The she pumps her hands up and down in tha air like Coleman, then does the above Matarazzo shot. Brought down the house!

Have made no secret that Betty is my favorite lady! She has a web site in the works and hopefully will be ready before too long. Will be www.bettypariso.net and is under construction right now. One of the all time greats! |

Betty should be in the Ms Olympia. I am so impressed that at 48 she is still in terrific condition and showing the younger girls how it's done.
Don't think there are any pro masters women's events. But that does not stop Betty, Lenda Murray (41) and Juliette Bergmann (44) from competing and winning at top levels. Love thm all. Go, girls!

Update: My fave lady, Betty is competing in the GNC this coming Saturday the 9th and is scheduled for Ms O on the 29th. Bring it home!!
Website is still under construction. Hope that after her shows she will make that her next project. We need her on line!
