www.flexonline.com has the results of the women's events as well as photos. Biggest surprise was Iris Kyle winning Ms. O over Lenda Murray, the eight time champ. Davana Medina defended her Figure O title, but had Jenny Lynn, Monica Brant and several other top athletes pushing her to the limit. And Adela Friedmansky is the undisputed queen of fitness. This was a triple crown for her, with her other wins at the Arnold and GNC.

I was so happy that Iris won.. I think she had the better package this year.. I was happy for jamie franklin in the figure division.. she looks good... Was a little upset that monica only got 3rd And in fitness Jen hendershot looked her best .. so i was so happy for her..

I preordered the men's and women's vids from IFBB and look forward to viewing them, especially since I could not get pay per view.
Iris did look incredible, as did Lenda. Glad I wasn't a judge.

Pretty disappointing with the Ms. O results. I'm not thrilled that Dayana beat Denise Masino... Denise was the clear cut winner...
As far as fitness, I had Jenny H. way over Adela and Kelly... I dont understand what the judges are looking at. Its so frustrating.

The Jenny H thing is kinda like the Monica B. Thing i never know what the judges are thinking..
