Hello Peeps ;D Was wondering if anyone has tried Formadrol by Legal Gear... I have some shoots coming up, and they are falling right around the time of when I should be getting bloated from my monthly bill... I bought this at my vitamin store as I was told it would help suppress estrogen. I hoped it would delay my #&%$, and harden me up a bit as a bonus. Instead, I seem to be getting REALLY bloated! I'm a bit confused as I was told it would cause the reverse to happen. It is a prohormone though (4-OH-androstenidione and Daidzin) Since it was over the counter, I didn't think it would cause such a reaction. Has anyone tried this and had the same reaction, or does anyone have some info? Thanks a pantload all

I have never tried that one, sorry, but did have a similar experience trying to use an over-the-counter diuretic prior to my first show. It was one of those PMS-relief type things, promised to help decrease bloating. Fortunately I tried it a couple of times early out, and it made me bloat up badly! I ended up throwing the stuff out. Good luck, hopefully someone here can help you figure this one out!

I gave it a chance, and the bloating went away ;D
It actually seems to be working well, I am looking a little harder. I'm also dieting and doing 75 min of cardio /day too, so who knows...
