Does anyone have any recomendations concerning software for workout and nutrition journals? I'm now using a demo for "Iron Trainer 2" from the following site: www.psworkshop.com/?source=menuIs there anything better that I should look at before making a purchase?

Dennis: Welcome to the board! A lot of members here use www.fitday.com to chart nutrition. The site is free and is highly customizable. In terms of the workout part, I'm not sure if there is much to be gained over a pencil and notepad, or even charting your prgress here in the journals section. The pencil and notepad option has one significant advantge over a software based option: you can use the notepad when the gym and chart and refer to weights as you do them.

Thanks Tim, I registered at fitday.com. It looks like a good site. Thanks also for the recipes you've posted. I can't wait to try them.
Concerning the bodybuilding software - I've kept a hand written workout log and will probably stay with that. It's much simpler.
